How To Place An Order
Browse the site for items you are looking for and add items to your shopping cart. When you are ready, select the shopping cart icon or link and follow the instructions to complete your order. You don’t need to be registered first before you can complete an order on Thead.com
There are four stages of the checkout process:

Your details: This section will confirm your name, email address and telephone number.

Delivery details: This section will allow you to choose the delivery address you would like your order delivered to.

Payment: Currently Paypal is the only payment at this time.

Order confirmation: This will display your order number and order summary. A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address you supplied during checkout.
Shipping & Handling
All items will be dispatched within 2 working days of payment. I ship everywhere in the world and will provide tracking no.
Custom orders will be ready to postage within 1-3 weeks.
All items are made and send from Zagreb, Croatia, Europe.
Returns & Refunds
If, for any reason, you should not be 100% satisfied with our transaction, please contact me so I can resolve it and get you happy!I
Refunds will be determined on an individual basis, so please let me know if there are any problem with your order! I will be glad to resolve the situation for you!

Care for felt items
Dry cleaning or washing in lukewarm water (86F/30C). Can use wool detergent and softener. Do not rub, dry in a towel, do not twist. Never dry in the dryer. Reshape by hand while damp and lay flat to dry. Use a steam iron if necessary.
