Samuel

Samuel needle felted turtle. He is adorable and very lovable.
I begin my wool sculpture with a core wool and concentrate on getting the shape right. Then I layer colored wool on top of that and continue to needle felt over the core. Finally details are added.
Lavender buds were felted into the center of of the body, then was scented with organic lavender oil.  5 cm tall and 12cm long.
